Manitou Connections, LLC seeks to assist individuals, groups and organizations to find the energy, balance, and interconnection of life to develop both personal and professional growth.  Our philosophy is that everyone, in any organization or group setting, regardless of position, status, age, or years of experience can develop skills that will enhance the effectiveness of the group as a whole and improve teamwork, trust, respect and collaboration.  Manitou Connections utilizes Equine Assisted Learning(EAL), an experiential learning model, to present unique leadership and organizational development programs to a variety of businesses and organizations.  The awareness and skills gained in these programs are transferable to the participants’ professional work setting and other areas of their lives.

Design of Leadership Development Programs

The uniqueness of equine assisted learning programs allows participants to develop:
